Getting started
What is Jobbit?
Jobbit is a social recruiting platform. It turns a single open role into a complete campaign: social media ads, a branded job page, role-specific application questions and a candidate pipeline, all managed in one place.
What does JobbitAI create?
From your role details, JobbitAI writes the ad copy, designs the ad creatives in your brand, builds a mobile-friendly job page and prepares a short application tailored to the position. You review and edit every element before launch.
What do I need to start a campaign?
Just the job title to get going. Add the location, main tasks, requirements and what you offer for a sharper result. Enter your company domain and Jobbit pulls in your logo and brand colours automatically.
Do I need advertising experience?
No. Jobbit prepares the campaign for you and guides the launch. You do not need to know how to set up or manage social media ads.
Your campaign & ads
Can I edit the generated campaign?
Yes. Every part of the campaign is editable: the ad text and visuals, the job page content, the application questions and the call to action. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
Can I use my own logo and brand colours?
Yes. Enter your company domain and Jobbit imports your logo and colours, or set them manually. Every ad and the job page carry your brand.
Where are the ads published?
Campaigns run on social media channels such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), where both active and passive candidates spend their time.
Is advertising spend included?
No. Your subscription covers the Jobbit platform. Advertising spend on Meta and other channels is set and paid by you, separately from the subscription.
Candidates & applications
Do candidates need a CV?
No. Candidates apply by answering a short set of role-specific questions in a few minutes. This lowers the barrier to apply and still gives your team the information it needs.
How are candidates managed?
Applications, answers, notes and candidate statuses are collected in one pipeline. You can review, compare and move candidates through your hiring steps without switching tools.
How do I get a candidate's contact details?
Every application arrives in your candidate pipeline with the person's answers and contact details, ready to review, compare and follow up.
Plans, coverage & support
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Paid plans are monthly with no long-term commitment. You can cancel before your next billing date and keep access until the end of the current period.
Which countries and languages are supported?
Jobbit runs campaigns across several European markets and languages. If you are unsure about a specific country or language, get in touch and we will confirm.
